The Times Of India, the largest selling English-language daily in India, organizes an Auto-Expo, every other year, called the Mumbai International Motor Show. The Organizers & Exhibitors were struggling with managing visitor data that could be linked to their respective CRMs and could be acted upon quickly. They were used to entering these details on a paper form that was subsequently digitized causing a lossy delay.
WonderBiz conceptualized and developed a mobile based Solution for this Auto-Expo in which the Lead data could be directly captured into the App using a QR Code scan of the Visitor Badge. This Mobile based app as well as an Admin Web Portal was developed by a team of 3 Dev Engineers over a period of 3 months. Both iOS and Android applications were used.
The Solution was very successful in allowing the Exhibitors Sales Teams to directly act on the Leads, following up with CRM Automation. The Organizers were more than happy with WonderBiz’s ingenious Solution and our technical support that they continued to invite us to deliver the Solution for subsequent Motor Shows organized.
