The University of North Carolina, Department of Psychiatry was looking to build a tech platform to track the health of their patients after discharge. The current process was manual and susceptible to errors.
WonderBiz was engaged from concept to implementation. Our full team worked with the Product Managers to get the wireframes right and then eventually develop the product. This was developed using AngularJS front-end and a .Net - SQL backend, over a period of 6 months. 4 Dev Engineers from our team were working on this product.
This Case Management, developed as a responsive Web Application, helped the field Health Workers to track patients’ health. It had capabilities to set goals, track progress against these goals and report.
